See All ReviewsOrdered our food, and that’s pretty much it. Saw our waiter leave.. waited for about 30 - 45 minutes for our food, and nothing. Went to ask the other lady at the desk about our order and said it’s ready? Just told her to make it Togo.. took another 10 mins.. even after telling me it was ready?? Horrible service.. and over priced. Didn’t even give us the correct change back.
Man, I really thought this place would be better. It was horrible. The food is not authentic Mexican food. There is no flavor, and everything tasted like it came from a microwave. They could not even cook chicken nuggets correctly, which says a lot. My entire family was disappointed with what we were served. On top of that, the prices were ridiculous. We paid $70 for a family of four, and the quality was nowhere near worth that amount. It felt like a complete waste of money. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. There are several nearby restaurants that serve real Mexican food with authentic flavor. Hacienda Jalisco is not one of them.
This place has some delicious Mexican food. There chili relleno is one of the best I've had....
