I didn't like the Hacienda Vallarta Buffet. The food has no taste. The condiments are on a side. To give flavors to the food, the condiments have to boil together with the food. Not added afterwards. I tried Chinese, Mexican and dessert but no flavor. The best was the steamed brocoli and that's all...
First the bad: the food...I was expecting something flavorful but totally failed. The only saving dish was the cold pasta with corn. Also the ice cream but well that came in a container from somewhere else. The chile relleno was soo greasy and the actual chile was never grilled first or removed the seeds from it, that process is elementary. There is not much selection and for the most part everything needed seasoning. The food gave us an upset stomach. Never again..one and done here. Now the food: our waitress was one of the nicest and sweetest person. She made sure we had a full drink and made us feel welcomed. She had a smile all the time and a fast worker. The hostess was also very friendly and provided a smile that made us feel welcomed. Por tu atencion con una sonrisa gracias Angelica....👏🫂 Eres una gran mujer
Not expensive at all. Many choices of food, desserts, salads, meats, and sides. We were there around 2:30pm. Restaurants was not crowded. Clean dinning room and no waiting to b seated. Good customer servic6 from servers. Plenty of parking. Some food took a long time to get replenish, chiles rellenos y enchiladas verdes. So, I waited and waited.
