See All ReviewsHorrible customer service. The cashier is a young lady who is immature and argumentative about everything instead of trying to help she argues smh... Don't come here... Also they just randomly change up what's on the sushi...
This review is from my six-year-old, Sam: I’d rate the chicken fried rice about a billion stars, but I can’t do that so I only rated it five. I also like the Sprite.
If you have food allergies or follow a specific diet, PLEASE think twice before coming here. I ordered the fish katsu yesterday because my 6-year-old loves fried fish. The menu said it comes with fish katsu, rice, salad and shrimp tempura. I thought, great, that’s plenty! my son and I can share. Order comes out: fish katsu, rice, salad… and dumplings. No shrimp tempura in sight. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because, hey, maybe this is what tempura looks like in their universe. I sit down, open the dumpling, and surprise! 🎉 It’s meat. I go back to the cashier and ask what kind of meat it is. She says: we ran oit of the shrimp tempura so we replaced it with pork dumplings. We do not eat pork. Her response? “That’s not my fault, I’m not the owner.” Okay… but: 1. If you run out of an item listed on the menu, you should tell the customer first and offer a substitution. 2. Replacing shrimp with pork—without saying anything—is a wild choice. Long story short: if you have dietary restrictions, allergies, or just don’t like surprise pork, this might not be the place for you.
