Gave me food poisoning real bad. In the moment I thought the food was good but absolutelyyyyy not. Will never ever go back! Highly disappointed
I ordered beef fried rice with $2 extra beef. I think they forgot to add extra beef because there was 1/4 cup of small pieces of beef. The total came out to $15 something and I picked up and didn’t tip (only tip after I’ve gone second time in case it’s bad) The meal was a couple cups of rice and 1/4 cup meat. Couldn’t have been more than $2 max to make without labor. I usually expect scrabbled eggs mixed in too but maybe that’s other restaurants. I wish I took pictures but i was too busy working. Like I said maybe they forgot to add the beef and I’m willing to change my review if they invited me back to make amends.
Food here is decent, 3/5, service is absolutely awful 0/5. When you call the person that answers has a horrible connection, hard to hear but took our order and said 20-30 minutes for it to be ready. I arrived at the 30 minute mark and stood there in a lobby with many other people. They simply ignore you as you wait in the lobby, there is no dedicated person at the desk. 20 minutes after standing there being ignored they took my payment. Finally 70 minutes after placing the order I was given my food. I have been here 3 times and it’s always this way. I will never be back, fix your customer service and time estimates, your business needs a complete makeover, feel free to change your name to Sad Garden.
