Edited 2 months agoFood was good. They actually knew how to make an over hard hard egg without trashing them. Everyone that worked there was exceptionally nice. 10/10 will be going back.

3 months agoI ordered a family meal fried chicken, green beans, and macaroni cheese. Everything was delicious 😋 It was enough for 6 people. Best fried chicken I've eaten at a restaurant in along time. Keep up the great work! God bless!

3 months agoFirst the owners/staff were wonderful. Extremely friendly! Server was very patient with us as we changed our minds several times. Then the food... biggest and best chicken sandwich i have ever eaten! Well i couldn't finish it but came close! The burger my wife had was great too. Made with fresh ground beef, she really enjoyed it. We had a side of chicken and dumplings and it too was exceptional. The only bad thing is we don't live in area to eat here more often. If you do live around here definitely give this place a try, you won't regret it.

5 months agoThis place is a gem! “Welcome to Hattie’s Place!” has become one of my favorite things to hear! Hattie’s Place treats you like family! The food is exceptional. Everything I’ve tried has been great! Their cheeseburgers, meatloaf, pork chops, fish, and of course their new Jen Hamilton chicken sandwich are all delicious! They do breakfast all day which my daughter loves; and Steph’s homemade lemonade is a must! Thank you for being a staple in our community!

6 months agoStopped in today and tried the chicken sandwich and fries, and everything was excellent. The chicken was perfectly cooked, full of flavor, not greasy or overdone, and really well made, with fresh toppings that balanced it perfectly. The fries were soft and homemade-style - comforting and filling, not fast food fries. What really stood out to me, though, was the sense of history and family behind this place. Learning that the woman on their business card is the owner's grandmother says a lot about the heart behind it. This spot has meant something to the community for a long time, and it's great to see it still going strong. Highly recommend stopping in if you're in the area.

a year agoHomemade southern food that’ll have you thinking twice about sharing with the person you came with! Our dishes wasn’t lacking any seasoning or flavors. Made from scratch and cooked to order! Amazing service and great food.
