Hands down one of the best shawarma places in the area. The pita was soft, the meat was cooked perfectly, and the sauce tied everything together. You can tell they use fresh ingredients. I’ll definitely be coming back
Beef shawarma tasted awful, almost as if it was old and expired. It had a bad smell to it and you can tell it was not cut off the fresh rotating beef. The chicken was cold. Staff seem very upset and instead of trying to offer alternatives dismissed the concerns. The cook slammed things out of anger in front of me. Will never go to this place again. Save your time and drive down the street to the original shawarma. The place is smaller but offers high quality food and great staff.
Lombard is has a good competition of shawarma places and this definitely hovers around top. The place is brightly lit, lots of space to sit and eat. The shawarma itself was really filling and big portions. But it's really on the expensive side. Wouldn't want a 15.99 shawarma. They supposed to be cheaper. Tasted really good and fresh. Friendly staff. Definitely recommended.
