Very knowledgeable and professional. However, the pricing is a little bit out of control for labor. We would like to see a little more friendly customer service sometimes just helping the customer out not charging for every minute there. When we brought it to them. An opinion would have been fine. We would have wanted have them as I go too. I just hate because they have the skills they charge for by the minute. We are a not-for-profit in every dollar counts and they knew that .
The owner, Becky was extremely rude!!! The invoice was $200 higher than 6 months ago for same cleaning of ice machine. When I questioned the increase Becky informed me her techs were here for almost 3 hours. I knew that was incorrect so I pulled camera footage and they were here 1 1/2 hours. When i called Becky back and mentioned the camera footage she became rude, irate and condescending. Becky took $30 off the $434.25 invoice. We will never use them again!!!
We were looking for some large stainless steel bowls for a potluck. They had just what we needed at a reasonable price! Owners were pleasant and helpful.
