2 months agoI always get the ramen when I come to this mall. But the boba is nothing special. They have the name HeyTea but it's not on the same level with the other highly popular HeyTea boba shop.

3 months agoBoba is delicious, just wish i could request to get it with less attitude next time. I'm tired of the service and the rude attitude from the young lady the short one, she had rolled her eyes when asked a simple question when just trying to get some clarification on my drink. Atleast act and look like you want to be there!

4 months agoThe tea isn’t terrible but it’s definitely not good. I’ve had much better for much less. No customer service at all. You just order and take your drink. Not even a smile from the staff. Not worth ordering from here.

6 months agoThey last few times I have come the girl ringing people out has been rude and doesn't seem to want to be there. I get it no one wants to deal with customers but dont take it out on everyone drinks are always on point

8 months agoFirst off the food you get doesn't look like the pictures at all. The broth looks and taste old like it was the leftovers from the day before or even before that, the meat it shows you get 4 pieces but we got 2 small pieces. The eggs and meat were discolored. Staff did not look like they wanted to be there.

9 months agoEverything was great except the girl ringing out. Every time she rings me out she looks miserable, doesn’t talk, and just has a super bad energy about her, obviously doesn’t want to be there. When I see her at the front I no longer go to order

10 months agoOrdered a spring roll and ramen from here for lunch. The food was absolutely delicious; The boba is subpar from past experience. The manager was disrespectful. Not to us, but to his staff. It is never, ever appropriate to yell at your employee in front of customers or in general, regardless of how late they are for their shift. It’s tardiness, not the end of the world. Would’ve loved to keep eating here but absolutely not after seeing that. I suggest those employees quit expeditiously and find other services to work for. No amount of wage is worth that.

3 years agoThis was surprisingly good! They serve up appetizers, tea, and ramen out of a kiosk in the food court at Westfield Brandon Mall. They have quite an array of different ramen bowls such as tonkotsu, shoyu, miso, vegetable, shrimp, ad chicken ramen. They also have their signature Kawawa ramen that has a kimchi broth. That's what I selected for lunch today. It's spicy and topped with pork belly chashu. They can make it spicier upon request. My bowl was the perfect spice level for me. The noodles are thin and cooked perfectly (not too soft). The seasoned soft boiled egg was executed well. There are many brick & mortar restaurants that still use unseasoned hard boiled eggs. This egg puts them to shame. The pork belly and everything you'd expect in a ramen was there. They serve it in a covered sturdy bowl that is perfect for takeout. They serve it hot. I think the only criticism I have is that they need bigger spoons for the broth. Unless you don't mind drinking from the bowl which is the traditional way to do it. If you're not into ramen, then they have other options. I haven't tried any of the appetizers yet. However, I'm very interested in trying the takoyaki and the salt n' pepper popcorn chicken. They both look delicious. They also serve boba tea drinks. So far I've had the Pineapple Passion Fruit and the Supreme Mix Fruit teas. Both are refreshing and come with fresh fruit. The mixed fruit one actually had chunks of watermelon and slices of orange, lime, apples, and strawberries. I was blown away by the fact that they automatically give you a long plastic fork so that you can pull out the fruit from the cup. What a great idea! I've never seen that before. They have many other drink options and many toppings. The service was great! I can see myself getting takeout from this place in the future. It was really good for not being a full service restaurant. I'm looking forward to trying the tonkotsu ramen next time as well as the appetizers I mentioned earlier. It's so good to finally have a ramen/boba option at the mall.
