This is part of the food court inside the 99Ranch grocery store. It’s more fast casual than fast food. They had a buy one get one half off deal when we went. We order the beef hotpot, one normal and the other spicy. Overall not bad for fast casual. It took about 10 minutes to get our food. They brought the hotpot to our table. The meat portions, which were precooked, were brought separately. Everything was all put together when they were brought out. I wish they allowed some customization like adding more protein or removing things. Not sure if that was an option. Both tasted good. The portions were big enough that we ended up with about half each to take home. The take home contains were nice. They are sealed tight to avoid leaks.
not worth the price. Dosen't taste bad but nothing special either, no big spoon for taking soup out the pot, hesitated to give you more than one extra silverware to share your food. Mostly veggies, not that much fish for the price.
I got the lamb meat Hotpot and my date got seafood hotpot. She really liked hers. Mine was ok... too much oil. I got the spiciest but it was ok. Not much lamb meat. So, I'll try something else next time.
The hot pot broth is very tasty 😋 They also offer free drink as well. Nice and neat spot inside the grocery store.
Wow! What an incredible way to enjoy fast, flavorful hotpot! Simply choose your soup base and a medley of fresh ingredients, and you’re ready to go. A small flame is lit beneath your pot, perfectly timed to cook everything to just the right doneness. The metal pot keeps your meal piping hot long after the flame goes out. The attentive staff elevates the whole experience, making you forget you're even in a grocery store cafeteria. This is an absolute must try!
This is the best Hot Pot in DFW hands down. Amazing service, great portions, and casual setting. We just returned from a trip to Taiwan, and this is just as good as what we had over there!! Would recommend to anyone who is craving hotpot or trying something new.
This is a stall located inside 99 ranch food court. It looks like it’s affiliated with haidilao, so it could be good if you don’t want to wait in line over there. There is a self order kiosk. You have the option to choose your broth, and they have different pre-selected style hotpots to choose from. We went with the stinky tofu, but unfortunately, it was regular tofu, not stinky tofu. The food is still good though as well as the portions! Your order comes with a black tea. They also have interesting fruity drinks on the menu. Service is great. There was only one woman in the front, and she was moving all the time! I would come back and try a different hot pot!
Great hot pot spot! Friendly host. Food stays hot til the end. I definitely come back for another visit
