The food here is so good but it's too dark when you're sitting down to eat and drink I think its time for this restaurant to change all the lights and make them brighter ....
Quite an interesting experience at supreme buffet. Starting with the pluses, beverage is included, a relatively large assortment of things and a make your own hibachi plate. Minuses, I’m not sure if it can be described as humorously or creepy dark in the restaurant. I could honestly say that when I put my fork into the dish, I could not tell what I was picking up. It honestly is that dark. While there were a lot of items, and the buffet seem to be replenished often, the food items were both tepid and repetitious. I ended up leaving half of my one pass at the buffet because I could not find anything I really enjoyed. If you want a lot of relatively tasteless, high MSG, not particularly warm items, then this is your place. I will not return.
Very large establishment but needs to have better lighting. I only been there once and it was very dark and se of the food tasted a week old and dry
