I cannot rave enough about Hidden Soul! From the rich flavors of the authentic food to the excellent customer service, Hidden Soul is the place you want to go for catering your next event! I was impressed by how they were able to cook all those different dishes inside a food truck! Stephanie helped with organizing payments and choosing the menu selection and I am so grateful! Here's what was offered on the buffet line: Meat and Sides: 2 pans-Jerk Chicken 2 pans-Mac & Cheese 2 pans-Fried Chicken 2 pans-Rice & Peas 1 pan-Stewed Fish 1 pan-Fried Plantains 2 pans-Vegetables Everyone at the Cousins' Reunion spoke highly about the caribbean buffet! Because of Hidden Soul my reunion was a complete success! I drove down from Richmond, Virginia, but the next time I visit Daytona Beach I will stop by to say, "heeeeyyy!" (...and grab a to-go plate.)
I recently visited this restaurant, and I’m still dreaming about the food! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was perfect—cozy, stylish, and inviting. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. If you’re looking for an unforgettable dining experience, this is THE place. **10/10—highly recommend!** Can’t wait to come back! 🍽️✨
Food is delicious! Among the members of our party, we had oxtail, curry chicken, plantains, collards, mac and cheese, and of course the peas and rice. Great taste … all of it! It was fresh, seasoned well, and the portions were generous. The service was also excellent. The sweet young lady at the truck had excellent customer service and was personable. Took about 10-15 minutes to get our order, which was fine to us.
