a week agoFood was good not worth the price in my opinion.. chips and salsa not provided charged $3 for chips and received only crumbs all chips were broken. Had a frozen margarita and a taco plate that had 6 bite size tacos no sides. Bill was $45 plus tip!

3 weeks agoDecided to try this place based on reviews. The restaurant is clean and has an upbeat atmosphere. The service was ok and it wasn't busy. The portions were decent sized but lacked flavor. I had the Al Chipotle Fajitas and wasn't impressed, tasted like they sprinkled chipotle seasoning from a spice shaker over the beef and onions. Friendly staff.

a month agoWe used to really enjoy coming here, which makes these last couple experiences even more disappointing. Our first few visits were great, but recently the service and food quality have gone downhill. We came a couple weekends ago and the service was terrible. Our waiter seemed completely uninterested, and we constantly had to hunt her down just for refills or anything we needed. (Restaurant was not busy whatsoever) Today we decided to give the restaurant another chance for brunch. Our waitress was nice, but our food took forever to come out. We ordered chilaquiles, and as soon as the plates were set down, the meat had a strong raw smell, looked pink, and honestly did not seem properly prepared. On top of that, the entire plate was cold. We let the waitress know, and while she did take it back, it was obvious the food had just been microwaved when it came back out. The meat still smelled bad, and we didn’t touch our plates after that. Really disappointing because this place used to be one of our favorites, but these past couple visits have completely changed our opinion.

4 months agoI usually have lunch there everything is really good friendly environment ask for Catalina ,vero or Itzel really good waitresses and also if you sit at the bar area the bartenders are really friendly as well

a year agoIll start with the food, It was good, but not great. My asada meat had very little flavor. My son's Sopa with chicken had almost no Sopa, all shredded chicken, they also never mentioned that it was a bit spicy and my kid doesn't eat spicy, pretty crappy for being on the kids menu. I was so excited for their HOMEMADE TORTILLAS until they brought them out. I was disgusted, NEVER in my life had I ever seen HOMEMADE corn tortillas turn into TOSTADAS in a matter of minutes. I asked my waitress for an order of FLOUR TORTILLAS and told her the corn tortillas were hard, and her answer was " WELL THE FLOUR TORTILLAS ARE GOING TO BE THE SAME, HARD TOO BECAUSE THEY'RE NOT MADE WITH OIL" like what!?? So i said just forget it. I didn't eat my food and instead brought my food home to eat, my asada plate and my sons soup. We get home and my sons soup with chicken is all bubbly and it smells sour!!! It went bad just in the time we left their place and go home! This means it was already bad!! NEVER AGAIN, WILL WE STEP FOOT IN THAT PLACE AGAIN, NASTY FOOD, BAD SERVICE.

a year agoWe arrived for dinner on a Monday. The restaurant was not busy. We were greeted & seated promptly. The server was very friendly. He brought us some sopa de fideo as an appetizer. It tatsted, exactly how my mom makes it-- so yummy! We ordered green chicken enchiladas w/eggs on top plate & a Discada plate for two. Both dishes were DELICIOUS! The Discada was served w/blue corn tortillas, grilled serranos & grilled onions. Their salsa bar was the perfect touch to enhance the flavor of our tacos. We also ordered a Michelada. I don't like beer, and I NEVER order it...buuuut this Michelada was FANTASTIC! They blend their own mix, and I sure would return to order it again. We all left with happy and full tummies. I can't wait to return and try more of their food.

Edited a year agoBest Breakfast & Atmosphere in Town! I saw someone post about having dinner here on Facebook, looked it up, and was excited to see they offer breakfast—especially since not many places are open on Sundays. We arrived at 9:00 AM and were greeted and seated right away in a cozy booth across from the bar. It was the perfect spot to take in the beautiful, colorful atmosphere of the entire dining room. This may sound strange, but the temperature in the restaurant was just right! I’m usually freezing in restaurants, but I was completely comfortable here—which made a big difference in the experience. There are big screens playing a great mix of Latino and American music videos, and the sound is nicely balanced throughout the space. It creates a fun and vibrant vibe, but you can still easily have a conversation at your table without yelling. So refreshing! We started with coffee, which was smooth with no bitterness. The breakfast menu is HUGE, and I was honestly overwhelmed—in a good way. I ended up going with the classic American Breakfast: eggs, fluffy pancakes with real butter, crispy bacon (so good), a slice of ham, and hash browns. It was a ton of food—delicious and satisfying. My husband helped finish off my hash browns and ham, and I still had pancakes left over. The service was a little slow, but I didn’t mind one bit. The atmosphere is so relaxing and comfortable that I enjoyed just sipping my coffee and soaking it all in. Honestly, compared to places like IHOP—which feel noisy and bland—this restaurant is warm, inviting, and a true pleasure to dine in. I can’t wait to come back and try lunch or dinner next time (especially the salsa bar!). Yes, it’s a bit on the pricey side, but the quality and portion sizes make it worth every penny. Breakfast hours are Monday–Saturday from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
