Husband and I decided to try something different from our weekend breakfast spot, and this place was rather disappointing. The food was ok, the price was kind of ridiculous for the food quality. The waitresses were professional. The coffee is crap. I wasn't sure why it was so busy all the time... was really disappointed that we strayed away from our regular spot.
The Hilltop Cafe left a lot to be desired during lunch only because of the lack of having anyone around to take my order for 10 minutes. I do give a lot of latitude to every restaurant I go to, but this was ridiculous, even for lunch. So unlike most of my reviews I can't give any advice other than expect a wait after you're seated... but for how long who knows since I left after 10 minutes after my initial drink order due to no wait staff. I will say the tea and water was served immediately after being seated (if that really matters in the grand scheme of things). The atmosphere in the Hilltop Cafe was nice with a great vibe. The menu looked appealing. Lots of accessible parking.
Food was delicious came out hot! Nice size portions great prices will be back!
