No MSG is a big deal for me! We just moved to the area and were hoping to find a good Chinese restaurant. We are happy to have found Ho Ho Kicthen down the street from us. The food was fresh and delicious and the service was excellent.
This is very much like a traditional New York Chinese restaurant. It is a take out kitchen with a couple of tables in case someone wants to sit, but is not a sit down service restaurant. This was my first time here, but the food was good for a Chinese restaurant out in rural New Jersey. I will be going back to try the other things on the menu, but I recommend the spare ribs and sesame chicken.
We’ve been going here for years. Your typical American-Chinese food. What I do really like is that my wife is extremely particular about ingredients (hates mushrooms and eggs). The family there have been accommodating and will modify their dishes for us. We probably get takeout once a month from here.
