I've been a frequent flyer to this place for a long long time. Before I found this place I've been trying to find a place with fresh wings that are worth the wait and price. Listen, I've come from a kitchen experience and I can honestly say that this joint has the best food on the hollywood strip. If any one on these reviews know anything about cooking in a restaurant kitchen or even at home... You'll know that fresh fries will not be as crispy as you get from other places because when you get crispy fries you are either freeze frying them or flash frying them and frying them once more. This place gives you FRESH fries FRESH food and this rules over the nonsense I've tasted all over the hollywood strip. Nate and Jen will take care of you once you walk in. They have amazing customer service and amazing food to offer. If you order to go and your fries aren't crispy it only means they are fresh. Please understand and know that freshly cut potatoes onto a fryer aren't going to travel well... They will, however, taste amazing. Far better than what the rest of the strip has to offer. Never forget the customer service though. A place like this with Jen, Nate and Gigi running it is well worth the visit and come back. The only one thing I wish is that they'd be open later than 3pm. I understand though.... More customers are needed past that 3pm mark. As a community we NEED to support businesses like this. So yes 100 percent recommend this place. Where else would you get wings and a cheeseburger at 7am?
Got my order wrong and i was working so I couldn't make it back to have it replaced. Instead of refunding me they call me a lier and had me bring back food that's 3 days old. Sure enough I did, and they were trying not to refund me, then only ended up refunded the sandwich and not the combo!! The manager needs replaced or this place will go down hill fast!! Hey Leo call me when your finally ready and we can talk about it, you got my number.
My philly was phenomenal but my roommates order was 75% wrong. The only thing they got right was the coffee. Asked for a philly just meat and cheese and it’s came with peppers, onions and mushrooms. He noticed it when the food got home and called to inform them. The person who answered the phone said they would refund the charge. An hour later the same employee called back to let them know they want the sandwich returned in order to get the refund. The sandwich is still on the counter so he could take it back except they are closed. So she suggested he drops the 2 hour old philly off at the pizza shop across the street?? Or save it and bring it back on Monday when they reopen?? Lmao wth? But I’m giving 2 stars because my philly was good.
