Wow! I honestly don’t understand the hype around Home Slices. The pizza was disappointing from the first bite — bland sauce, rubbery cheese, and the crust tasted like it had been sitting out all day. For the prices they charge, I expected way better quality. I’ve had frozen pizza that tasted fresher. The customer service made the experience even worse. The staff seemed annoyed the entire time, acted impatient when we asked simple questions, and our order took forever even though the place wasn’t busy. No apology, no effort to make things right. Overpriced food, poor service, and mediocre pizza. Definitely not worth the money, and I won’t be coming back.
When lasagna is the special I will be there! Delicious cheesy, saucy goodness. The generous single serving is going to make 3 meals for me! Only gave 3 stars for atmosphere because there is no indoor dining; I didn’t want to mislead anyone new; in summer there is table & chairs outside. Delicious take out comfort food on a day I didn’t want to cook for one. On weekends they feature a dessert from Oakmont Bakery
Today was my first time trying this place on a whim, and the staff was super nice and helpful. The food was great and they gave me a complimentary container of soup. I definitely recommend supporting this small business, you won't be disappointed in the quality!
