My favorite Korean restaurant in New Jersey! Best naengmyeon I’ve ever had, along with soo-yook and many other dishes. Nothing to complain about. Amazing service and top notch food. I could not recommend it more!
"The cold noodles were a huge letdown. Instead of the traditional light and savory taste, the broth tasted like Seolleongtang. The staff made excuses, saying that a heavy meat flavor is the current style in Korea. Service was also lacking—water isn't provided, so you have to get up and serve yourself."
I've been here several times with my family, including my parents. While their name suggests that they specialize in naengmyeon (냉면), they serve a variety of dishes, many soup-based. Everything including the banchan tastes flavorful, and the dishes are reasonably priced. The 냉면 is, of course, great if you're in the mood for cold noodles. The potato pork stew (감자탕) and rice cake dumpling soup (떡만둣국 with very big dumplings) are satisfying too. They also serve the beef broth (육수) as the hot drink like at many other 냉면 places. The staff is very friendly, inviting and always made sure that our experience was going well. The dining area is clean and spacious and can accomodate larger groups. There's a free parking lot next to the restaurant, but it can fill up since it shares the space with another restaurant. However, there's plenty of street parking that's metered most days during the daytime except Sundays and holidays (but it's cheaper than other areas of Fort Lee). Note that this location is NOT affliated with the one in Closter, NJ. They're 2 separate owners. Highly recommend!
