6 years agoUsed to have good chicken. Order I got today was gross, no seasoning and service was HORRIBLE!! Staff bickers in front of customers. Extremely unprofessional, janky place. No intention of returning.

6 years agoI don’t want to hear anything about black owned businesses needing our support. They don’t answer. the phone and closed when they are listed as open. Unprofessional and tacky. I don’t care if the food is good or not. Respect your customers because they drive your business. Was told this place was good but I will never attempt to support them again.

Edited 6 years agoThe service is horrible!! We have got to learn that great food AND good service has to go hand-in-hand. They have great food but lousy service and the place itself looks filthy. Good chicken is not enough people.

9 years agoI ordered Oxtails and rice with a did if macaroni. I got gravy with 2 bones and was told when I called that it's not there fault that the meat falls off the bone. I can clearly see that the customers here don't matter.

9 years agoBest chicken in Pittsburgh... Also the worse ran business... They never answer the phone, they answer once for every three times I try to order...wait times are longer than they tell you too...If the customer service was up to par there would no competition for this place as far as the chicken goes....

11 years agoFirst time at honey bees , Best wings in Pittsburgh . I got Honey Mustard and Hot n spicy. The area it is located in isn't the best. Go before and gets dark. Its WELL worth it though. Staff was very nice and polite . May make this a every Friday thing!
