This is genuinely the best cheesesteak i had! I live in philly and tried every cheesesteak from every store and Hornes is #1
Kevin is great and is always a pleasure to talk to! Definitely my favorite place to get a cheesesteak from on campus.
I will never eat at this place again. I watched the owner/ cook walking outside of the truck having a conversation with someone. When he finished his conversation he walked into the food truck and didn’t wash his hands or change gloves. And had the nerve to ask for my order. I said to him “ you aren’t going to at least change your gloves?” He responded abruptly “ I guess I’ll see you another time “. He will never see me again! He may see the health department because I definitely am making a phone call!
