Cool place, good eats and a nice view. Servers are fantastic. I must have beat the holiday rush, practically had the place to myself. Take care in getting out of the parking lot highway 18 is busy.
First and last time I'm eating here. My child and I got sick after eating here. I've been coming to town once a year for the past 4 years and this year was the when I had time to finally visit this place. At first, I thought it was going well, until I waited 5 mins by the entrance and not a single host at the front, until a worker saw us waiting and told us to choose wherever we wanted to sit. I choose the window seats because that is the hype of this place. As soon as we sat, they brought us chips and salsa. After 5 mins, the server comes to take our drink order. Horchata was watered down. Not worth $8. A few more minutes after, she comes to take our food order (mind you, it wasn't packed). We got the carne asada and chicken plate. (Over $20 for each plate). The food was delivered faster than what it took to take down our orders. The food portions were fairly big but not worth the price. But we did eat all the food (maybe because we were so hungry at that point). The flavors were okay. I will saw the view from the window was amazing. Soon after we got back to out hotel, we started to feel sick (straight to the bathroom, if you know what I mean). We spent the next day inside our hotel because of how bad our bathroom situation was. I had to cancel my vacation plans for the day because of it. Unfortunately I we wont be coming here again.
We had a lovely experience. The service was friendly and consistent, from the hostess to the servers, the runners and the "busboys". I had the chilli relleno, which was delicious! Hubby had the Camarones de Diablo and they were smokin' hot! The view was breathtaking. Parking is tight, and the road is a bit treacherous there...but totally worth. Go early. They get busy!
