Hello Customers, I am picking up Monday day bartending shift 11-6, also we have a new bartender on Tuesday’s and we are working on upgrading our staff. I picked up waitressing shifts Friday, Saturday, Sunday! I promise to give every customer great service as I have the past five years. If you have had poor service before you can request me as your server (Hannah) and I’ll provide you with excellent service! Apologizes for any bad experiences people may have had. We are improving our restaurant and hiring friendly trained staff!
Waitress acted like she didn’t want to be bothered. Stood at the bar talking with her back turned. Had to yell across the restaurant to get her attention. This was Monday afternoon around noon. Only 1 other table besides us and couldn’t get good service. Specials are suppose to be pick 2 for $5. She said only with ground beef. One person ordered puffy tacos. These are normally $2.79 with ground beef. She said if we ordered them with the special it was $1.00 extra per taco. If we ordered them without the special they are $2.79 each but with the special $3.50 each! What did she do? Pocket the rest? No SPECIAL! Ripped off. Food was not good yesterday. The last time we went had a good waitress and good food. Hit or miss there. Don’t go when that waitress is supposed to be working.
The place isn't well lit. Says "wait to be seated" but it's actually seat yourself. Service was okay and slow, I can acknowledge my mom is a difficult guest. We witnessed a table walk out from lack of service. I ordered the chicken puffy taco and still was served beef. Rice and refried beans are obviously microwaved to death. I expected that though. The chip appetizer was good. However there was minimal difference between the salsas. We went here to celebrate my friends graduation and he was excited to go. However, dirty uncleaned menus and poor service only make me imagine what goes on behind the scenes.
