Let me tell you about this place here! You do have to have some patience... But, once your food is DONE!!! BE PREPARED FOR FLAVOR TOWN!!! EVERYTHING COOKED FRESH AND HOT AND MADE WITH LOVE!!! You are gonna be tasting seasoning and flavors that just create a heavenly melody in your mouth. I was blessed to have Ackee and Salt Fish with Food/Provision, Curry Shrimp and a Veggie Plate... Each plate has their own distinctive flavor! Not only that, but they cooked the Plantain beautifully. The Red Beans and Rice was fluffly and blended wonderfully with each main dish!
Authentic Jamaican Food... Yeesss!!! The Food was Absolutely Delicious!!! We ordered Ackee and Saltfish, Curry Shrimp and the Vegetable Plate. What I appreciated "Most" was the freshness of each meal, it was All cooked to order!!! Which I find Real Value and Quality in this!!!... who wants food sitting around in hot water tubs all day...real ingredients... fresh pepper, thyme and herbs and real butter!!! Not Food cooked in rancid canola or other cheap seed oils! Like some of the other Jamaican establishments... I had almost given up in finding a Jamaican restaurant that reminded me of the flavors of Home. So this will be my go to spot whenever I'm craving Authentic Yaad Vibes!!! JAH BLESS 🙏🏽
All deliciousness, we ordered the Combination Oxtails & Stewed Chicken, comes with peas & rice, cabbage, plantains. Curry Goat with the same compliments, Beef patties, Coco bread. Sorel Drink Every-ting had very good favor, meaty fall off the bone tenderness. Seasoned perfectly, traditional home-style Jamaican cuisine. Good size portions for the price. Thank you to Huzzy and the Chef for your hospitality. Will be back for the King Fish. Welcome to the neighborhood.
