Worst repair shop in the city. Took my phone here two times and he just made it worse each time. Thanks for the terrible service and making my situation even worse.
My son brought in his computer, and they fixed the GPU quickly. He was very nice, professional, and helpful. Fast service and only $40 — very affordable.

I left my charge at the far away office. Thankfully the store had the exact charger I needed in stock. I called ahead to confirm and the staff was very helpful. Grateful to have this shop close by!
Short story: shoddy and incomplete service, long wait times, rude service. Long story: brought in an older laptop for a simple screen replacement. Not a big deal. Guy was short and rude, but I don't really care. Took two weeks to get the job done. Got the computer back and the keyboard didn't work. Went back to the guy, and he tried to make it my fault. I just think the cable needs to be reattached, but he says he needs to order a part. Six. Months. Later. After calling constantly for the last two months I go in and it's been sitting disassembled in a corner. They finally get it back together and I pick it up the next day. Go to use it and it won't boot. Try and get my money back at this point and he refuses. Computers glitchy and doesn't connect to all networks now. Reassembly looks like it was done by a drunk child. go literally anywhere else, because they don't care about doing mediocre job.
Came in to see Bill (who is the owner of the computer store). Needed to reboot my work Lenovo laptop, change my ram and reset everything to factory. He knew what to do with the Bitlocker drive and did it in a few hours. Knowledgeable and straight to the point with very fair pricing. He’s an IT expert with PC, laptops, desktops and Macs based on in his inventory. Highly recommended.
