Cozy and calm atmosphere, reasonable prices, good ice cream and boba! I’ll definitely come back. Giving 4 stars because I’d say the decor could use a tiny bit more work, but it’s still nice and cozy
**UPDATE** UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! It's a completely new environment, atmosphere, and experience. The inside is so beautiful now! Soft music, beautiful aesthetic, friendly associates, a complete change! I ordered a strawberry milk tea again and this time it was delicious! I was approached right away, and they worked the order right away. I am happy that Ice Hut has had these changes and am happy to return 😊 The milk tea is tasty, and the rolled ice cream is alright. Unfortunately there's hardly anyone working and those that do it seems like they haven't had proper training. It takes a very long time before a single milk tea is made. There were 3 customers inside, myself being one of them, it was 2-3 minutes before being acknowledged and then the 2 employees both decided to work on a single order together. I waited about 5 more minutes before being able to place an order. If the speed of service, and more training was provided, the experience would be much better. The inside of the establishment also seriously needs some help. They have the beginnings of a cute and aesthetically pleasing environment, but it's lacking. There's large gray blank walls that are dirty, dirty windows, in general a lot of the surfaces are dirty and there's a lack of decor. Makes it feel forgotten and sub par. Would say I hope it improves, but it's been open a year or so already with no improvement. Guess I'll stick to Quickly down the street.
Abysmal. Very slow service (30+ minutes to make 3 ice creams). We were the only ones there. Employee kept checking her phone while making ice cream. Ice cream includes 3 free toppings but they have LIMITED toppings. Some toppings you couldn’t get because they are “for making the ice cream” not for on top of the ice cream. I asked for a nutella ice cream and it barely tasted like nutella. The whipped cream did not taste very good either. If I was a health inspector, they'd be shut down. Definitely need to work on their cleaning. Floors and behind counter were dirty. Bathroom is falling apart.
