Such an amazing experience here, I used to eat at Yens hibachi until I tried here and it was so delicious. They were extremely kind to us, delivered our food so so fast, and genuinely made us feel welcome. The food on its own was amazing I’ve never had hibachi that good, it even came with noodles which other hibachi places don’t do. my family tried this and a week later we ate here two more times we couldn’t help ourselves! Not to expensive at all very price friendly. Very accessible to anyone, and come with a great amount of food your left with more than enough. I’m never a review person but I had to leave this here they deserve more hype!

We recently celebrated my son’s kindergarten graduation at Ichiban Hibachi Steak & Sushi, and the experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Ryan and Namco provided exceptional service and truly went above and beyond to make our celebration special. When they found out it was my son’s graduation, they surprised him with a small ice cream sundae, which made his day and was such a thoughtful gesture that our family will always remember. The food was outstanding — fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The live hibachi experience was entertaining, interactive, and so much fun for everyone at the table. The chefs brought great energy, and the entire atmosphere made the celebration even more memorable. Ichiban Hibachi Steak & Sushi is truly a gem in the Katy community. The hospitality, food, and overall experience exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it for anyone looking for great food and exceptional service.
