Asked for a suggestion and the spicy garlic tonkotsu did not disappoint!!! So many yummy additions make this a step up from a restaurant where they charge you for everything. It even came with a full egg cooked to perfection. The guy running the place was super friendly and I got my food fast. HIGHLY Recommend!
My wife and I just had this place. We’ve tried over 30 ramen places in PDX and this lands in our top 3 ever. Delicious tantan ramen with beef and premium restaurant quality pork katsu don. 10/10 recommend this food cart. The owner / chef today was very nice.
I seen this had a 4.9 rating, so I had to see if it was comparable to the two ramen places I go. The egg was cooked well and the wood ear mushrooms were nice, but broth was subpar and the noodles were instant. I ended up eatting left over snacks from the No Kings Protest on 10/18 rather than finish this.
