6 months agoWent inside to place a to go order. Friendly waitress took my order. After a few minutes old guy at the grill starts throwing a fit (assume it was the owner). Threw a fit like a child and said he refuses to go orders and threw my order ticket on the ground. Terrible customer service on his part. Feel bad for people who work for him. I will take my business elsewhere.

6 months ago2 of is stopped for lunch and had there sloppy Joe special. Really reasonably priced and good. The waitress was very polite and consistently checked on if we needed anything.

8 months agoWe sat and waited for someone to come to our table for 5 minutes while the 2 servers were talking to people. The cook was talking rather than cooking our food. No gloves and kept wiping his hands on his pants. Beer was outrageous in price/ $5 for a bottle of mich ultra and $4 for bottle of Budweiser. Food was nothing special . Definitely will not be back.

10 months agoWhat a fun place to eat. Delicious food (we had the steak salad - best I've ever had! and the Bummer special - such a good messy sandwich!). Bob, our server was very friendly and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxed. Can't wait to go back!

11 months agoWe walked in and no one greeted us but we where definitely noticed, also no sign saying to choose your own seat or wait to be seated. Then we both ordered burgers and was not asked what rarity we wanted and both came out raw and we were looking at our server because I wanted mine changed and it took a while like 5 to 10 minutes before she came over and she was on her phone and just standing behind the bar, and they did change it just not new meat or bun just threw it on the grill. The cherry on top of everything was we sat there waiting for her to give us our check for like another 5 to 10 minutes AFTER I was finished with my food. Highly don't recommend.

2 years agoOur waitress greeted us by making excuses and complaining about a coworker, left the table to get her pad, came back and continued her rant. Substitutions were made on our order without consulting us. The salads were soggy and limp. The drinks were undrinkable. The entrées were okay. Not a good visit for us.
