6 years agoWOW, what a terrible night and a terrible place to go for dinner. That staff was unexperienced, management was terrible and the food was not even good. Then after spending a lot of money for awful food I presided to hit the club in the back. Even though I dished out over $400. For dinner there was a 2 bottle minimum to sit on the table. That’s not even the worst thing that happened that night. After paying $10 to park in their parking lot I was given a $45 ticket for not paying the right meter. I tried calling them to see if they could do something about it, Mind you it wasn’t the $45. I was told that there was nothing they could do cause it wasn’t their lot. Management again wiped their hands and just basically rushed me off the phone and hung up on me. I would have at least been a little bit more concerned. PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE.

6 years agoI've been to several different clubs and bars in South Florida but Il Bacio is probably the most fun one that I've been to. The DJs are phenomenal and have some great music and have met some awesome people here as well. However, they charge a rather high admission price especially for Delray Beach. Regardless, this is the most fun place on Atlantic Ave and I'd recommend.

7 years agoIf I could give it 100 stars I would!!! After scouring for a place to go out with my girls during for Spring Break, we found this gem! Cover was 10$ each for us and every single staff memeber that we interacted with was incredibly professional and friendly. It was BY FAR the best night club experience I've had to date. The music was a mix of techno and R&B remixes (but it depends on the DJ) so it catered to pretty much everyone. The environment is very lax and welcoming and all of the people there were so friendly and conscious of personal space (ex. apologizing after bumping into us, etc) which does not happen ANYWHERE else we go out. I have to say, the staff is what really drove it home for me. There was a moment when we all needed to go to the bathroom and as we were walking out (you have to go to a side area for the restrooms) the bouncers playfully asked us where we were going because they didn't want us to leave and when we came back from the restroom they interacted with us again as if we have known each other forever. We parked right behind the building and it was $10 for 0-2 hours (when split 3 ways it was super affordable) which made it very convenient for us when the night was over. Drinks were slightly overpriced, but we went on a night when they had drink specials (which was nice). I am a native to Florida but I live full-time in New England and all I can say is every time I come down to visit family and friends I will ALWAYS go back to Il Bacio. Thank you for an unforgettable night!

7 years agoThey play a variety of songs; however, it seemed that techno was their style of choice. I enjoyed the free champagne; however. I didn’t feel welcomed. The club did not draw a diverse crowd.

Edited 7 years ago10/1 update - contacted by Stephany who listened and corrected my grievances. Stephany is a class act to drive a positive outcome. Thank you ============== Paid for $250 bottle service. We were seated and served very well, in a cordoned area. Got up to go dancing, came back, other people were seated at our table. They had consumed half of our Grey Goose bottle. They stated that they thought we left, and quickly left the area. I informed our waitress, who informed the floor manager, Rob. Rob did not make any amends, stated that they do not control entry into the cordoned area, and we were pretty much out of luck. At one point he asked me if would like some shots for our trouble...really?!?! First time in my life that I have had this type of experience when paying for VIP service, and believe me, I'm a world traveler. Unsafe environment, egregiously aggressive unsympathetic manager, Rob, who lacked management and customer service skills required to mitigate and remedy the situation. The only positive note of the evening was the bartender, Eric, inside. He was a classic act at the start of our evening. Kudos to Eric.

8 years agoPoor management...ordered 2 bottles and the server brought the wrong bottle. She opened and poured 1 drink before we noticed. Try to send it back and management told us we would have to buy a 3rd bottle if we wanted the correct bottle we originally ordered. If the weather is nice, the outside area is great. Music is hit or miss. Proceed with caution.

9 years agoOur last night club... Incredible outdoor venue and friendly inside dining all in one. Looking to do it all but not have to walk around go to Prime-Il Bacio. From great steaks and sushi to dancing under the stars - worth the trip....

12 years ago3.5 Drinks are overpriced for what they are, Dixie cup sized. $21 for a greyhound & cape codder. The crowd is pretty decent and the DJ is amazing! At least this Saturday night he was they played soulful house music. Inside was Latin music. Would rated it higher if it had not been for the bouncer. They are really unprofessional, wouldn't let me retrieve my cell phone inside wtf?
