This place was WAY over priced. The pretzel was hard. We were never offered any refills on our drinks, and we only saw staff in the dining room when they were seating guests. We spent more than $60 on 2 people. 2 entrees and Appetizer and 2 soft drinks. If you're wanting to eat somewhere close to the mall look up Restaurants near by because this one isn't it.
We ordered the Ferris wheel, we asked for marinara sauce and blue cheese as our dipping sauces and only received ranch instead. When I went up to the counter to ask our server Aliyah H for our sauces she rolled her eyes and we did not receive them. Plus they add the gratuity before you order your food. Awful service and the food was mid.
We went to this restaurant while we were visiting Scene75, on top of the already overpriced food you will be forced to tip on top of this. Food wasn’t made correctly, there were forgotten items. Burgers weren’t bad, but the pizza was TERRIBLE. tasted like microwaveable pizza, crust was soggy, cheese was barely melted. Not worth the money in the slightest. If you are at Scene75 you’d be better off visiting the snack bars instead of this restaurant.
