7 months agoA friend bought a pair of shoes that were priced incorrectly. The cashier did not notice at the time of sale. The next day she saw an additional charge of $125 to her card that she did not authorize. Had she been given the correct price at the time she wouldn't have bought them. The store manager refuses to resolve the issue.

9 months agoWonderful selection of shoes. While primarily focused on women, the store had a great selection for men, as well. Service from Steven (owner) was over-the-top. Very happy with our purchases.

9 months agoSteven is the best. Professional, knowledgeable and personable. Worth the trip and proud to support a local business that embraces the Rehoboth community with full dedication and passion. Great selection. I never leave empty handed. You will not be disappointed.

a year agoI have to share that I went into this store with criteria that included recent surgeries, along with my “less than traditional” taste! The patience that was shown to me, along with an assortment of choices of shoes, until I found a pair of shoes that fill well, were good for my needs and met my quirky preferences was awesome! I am amazed that customer service like this, along with the kindness shown, still exists. Thanks so much.

a year agoA couple of friends and I day-tripped it to the beach and window-shopped afterward, coming across this store as we were about to leave ... but then spent over an hour there. Interesting selection of shoes built for walking -- and some style. Excellent, knowledgable, helpful in-store service and insight about how different brands of shoes fit differently. I got several pairs of nice-looking and comfortable shoes. I'll definitely make this store a must-visit place during future trips to Rehoboth Beach.

a year agoMy hubby & I stopped in just to look a round. I ended up trying on a pair of ON sneakers & I loved them! Steven was so helpful & informing about these sneakers, I had to purchase them! 😊 The very next day, we returned & hubby ended up also buying a pair!! Thanks Steven 🙌🏽😊😉

2 years agoI visited this shop for the first time yesterday after noticing they were advertising the brand "on" in their window. I had been interested in a particular pair or style from the official website but hadn't made a purchase yet. My wife and I were greeted warmly by all the ladies working there. They have an extensive collection of shoes, and a gentleman named Steven assisted me. He patiently helped me try on different sizes until we found the right fit. The customer service was outstanding, and I would highly recommend this store. It's the kind of personalized service you just can't get from an online website.

4 years agoWent in with a friend “just to look” and were amazed by the quality and selection of the shoes. The owner and his daughter were very knowledgeable and helpful. I thought service of this caliber was a thing of the past. After “just looking” for about an hour and a half, we both left with new shoes, a new favorite shoe store and a promise to come back soon. Would highly recommend that you go there.
