Wow Factor! a cozy, friendly atmosphere with perfectly cooked, fluffy scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and decadent corned beef hash. The coffee was always hot because of the great service very attentive, making it a 5-star experience worth returning to for a delicious, reasonably priced morning meal. Grits! and meat lovers omelette! a must try. A hidden gem in the heart of Red Bank.
Very bad experience I had this past Sunday, where I came in with my girlfriend and we sat down to dine in and we ordered our food and here it is 30 minutes later, we’re still waiting for our food. When I approached the waitress, she told me that they just started making our food. That is unacceptable and that was my first and will be my last time ever going to that diner and sure will tell people that I know not to go there and eat because waiting 30 minutes for your order it’s not right while there’s other people that were getting their food before us.
Very disappointing experience. From the moment my wife and I walked in, we felt unwelcome. We have a service dog, and while verification is understandable, the way it was handled felt hostile and judgmental. Service was rude and dismissive. The person taking our order didn’t listen and tried to push what they wanted us to eat instead of what we ordered. That’s not customer service. The coffee was extremely weak and watered down—hardly what you’d expect from a place calling itself a cafe. I had to leave and get real coffee elsewhere. When I returned, I was told outside drinks weren’t allowed, which might make sense if the coffee here was any good. Between the attitude, poor service, and low-quality coffee, we chose to leave once the food arrived. If you’re going to be a cafe, serve good coffee. If you’re going to run a business, treat customers with respect. Not recommended.
