8 years agoI have been coming here for two years and after trying many Indian places in town, this is by far my favorite. The staff is very friendly and helpful in making menu choices. They recently renovated and it’s called Chatpatay. Come and check it out!

8 years agoI had dinner here tonight with my husband while visiting Jacksonville. The service and food were both phenomenal. Price was fair and the atmosphere very laid back and nice after a long day. Actually sad we don't live closer! I definitely recommend India House to anyone who loves Indian cuisine as much as we do. Best garlic naan I ever had!

8 years agoAMAZING! I love Indian, but I don't often get to eat it as I live at the beach and there aren't any there (yet) I got the sampler option for non-vegetarians and it was AMAZING. Every single thing was delicious, even the little dessert included (doughy sweetness in sugar type syrup) The soup was a great starter, delicious and the perfect amount of spice. I was the only person in the entire restaurant and I had amazing service from many nice employees. They were phenomenal. I will most definitely make the trip back here from the beach.

8 years agoComing from an Indian background believe me when I say this was one of the best Indian food I've had in a long time. The food was spicy - just the way I like it. On top of it the service was impeccable to the dot. The waiter checked up on us every few minutes. And to top it all, the price for extremely reasonable considering we were a group of 9. I highly recommend this place to anyone who's either lives here or is touring.

9 years agoI travel a lot and it's very difficult to find good restaurant with good food. Tonight I found one of the best. Thank you. It was so so good . If you in the area try this place it's extremely good.

Edited 7 years agoOne of the best Indian restaurants I've tried, and trust me I've tried many. There service is also excellent! I have never tried the buffet, because that's not really my thing, there's nothing like a fresh, hot meal, cooked specifically for you. But if you are into buffets, I'm sure it would be good. All I will say, if your a person who has never tried Indian food, go with someone who has, & knows what you like.

9 years agoI was coming from Central Florida and going to South Georgia. I searched for India food couple of restaurants came up, I am glad I chose this guys. They took order on phone, Had my table and food ready to serve when I was there. It was very quick and nice service. Food was amazing, So tasty. I have been to many of Indian cuisine restaurants on East coast and West coast, Some of them very famous and expansive, but out of all this has been best experience.
