It seems like they don’t use any clarified butter at all—just refined oil—and within ten minutes, the parathas turned tough, weird, and completely tasteless. There was absolutely no flavor. Plus, they were more expensive than a restaurant—over $15 for just two parathas. Honestly, it’s the worst combination of bad food and high price.
