I had the ribs and they were honestly some of the best ribs I’ve had in a long time. The meat was so tender, full of flavor, and cooked perfectly. You could tell a lot of care went into the seasoning and the smoke. It tasted fresh and homemade and the portions were great too! Amazing BBQ!! I’ll definitely be back!
All I can say is WOW. Coming from Memphis finding good pork ribs has been a challenge. Not anymore though, their ribs are the best i have had in a very very long time . Thank you José and Infamous BBQ.
Not only is Jose a great person.. He’s a damn good cook!! Family had the ribs and sausage. The ribs literally fell off the bone, the sausage was juicy and both full of flavor. The BBQ sauce was almost at perfection! Great consistency!! Can’t wait for our next plate from Infamous BBQ!!
