We stayed here for a family trip and would highly recommend!! Beautiful hotel, great restaurants, spacious rooms, cool rooftop pool and amazing service. Being right on the wharf is so slick - lots of really great restaurants all walkable. And close to get to all the nearby attractions (metro, bus and Uber). But my favorite part about our stay (besides awesome memories with my kids) was our amazing concierge Shujaat Khan. One of the kindest people I have had the opportunity to meet. He went above and beyond to help us pre plan a few special events throughout the week. He helped make all of our arrangements so easy and we’re forever grateful for the hospitality. He is a true gem!
Overall a fab hotel, and great location. Beware there is a lot of noise that can be heard late into the night (going on for 2.30am some days) due to the bar/function room on the top floor. We ended up requesting to be moved to a lower floor after a few days into our stay. Breakfast fab, lovely waiting staff, and great gym!
Khan the concierge went above and beyond to make my stay incredible. He was so polite, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from the moment I arrived. He took the time to make sure every detail was perfect and offered excellent recommendations that made my trip even more enjoyable. His professionalism and kindness truly stood out, and he made me feel valued as a guest. I can’t thank him enough for the exceptional service and hospitality.
