See All ReviewsWas looking for a new restaurant to go to for that special whenever dinner type place.Isabella's impressed my fiancée and I from the moment we walked through the door.Reservations are required,so plan in advance.Inside has an Italian feeling and atmosphere. There is patio seating as well. The menu has plenty of handmade dishes that everyone can enjoy.A wide selection of wine(the house blush wine is the best imho).A nice touch is the waitress offering hand ground parmesan cheese on your salad or entrée(have never experienced that tbh).Although they're only open for a short time each day,Isabella's Trattoria is a great place for Italian food with fantastic staff and atmosphere for special occasions.Enjoy!
Great food, welcoming servers. The atmosphere is low key and fairly quiet, enabling one to enjoy the food without distraction. Isabella's menu has a nice selection of traditional Italian dishes to choose from. Well done, thanks for a great meal!
We had dinner at Isabella’s last night with another couple, and overall we had a very nice experience. We had a reservation and were seated immediately, which we appreciated. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and our service throughout the evening was very good. We started with the Shrimp Diavola appetizer, which was absolutely delicious. The sauce on the shrimp was especially amazing. One person in our group enjoyed the Shrimp Diavola entrée as well, another had the calamari piccata, and my husband had the salmon special, which he really enjoyed. I ordered my favorite, the Fettuccine Viviana — fettuccine with spinach, sundried tomatoes, grilled chicken, and a delicious creamy sauce. The flavor was excellent as always. However, this visit I did notice the chicken portion seemed much smaller than usual. At first I thought maybe it was just mixed in throughout the pasta, but after taking half of my meal home and separating out the remaining chicken, there really wasn’t much there. I do track my protein intake, so I actually weighed the remaining chicken in my leftover half of the entrée, and it totaled only about 1.25 ounces. That would put the full entrée somewhere in the neighborhood of roughly 2.5 to perhaps 3 ounces of chicken total, which felt a bit light for a grilled chicken pasta entrée. That said, the food quality, service, and atmosphere were all very good overall. I only mention the chicken portion because I hope they’ll pay attention to consistency, since this dish is one I normally really enjoy and order often.
