Went in for a order I placed online and the guy at the front was just sitting there on his phone then he slowly got the order together last minute without acknowledging that they were out of most of the items I ordered then he proceeds to try and argue with me saying "how am I supposed to know it's your order?" Then he tried to say something slick as I was walking out. Customer service is absolutely trash and that place deserves to be as empty as it always is. I'll never spend another dime in that dump.
I called to see if they had beef patties. The guy who answered the phone was nice. He stated that they do have it in store. But once I got to the store I waited between 10-20 minutes just to order. It was a guy who cut me in line and they person at the counter didn't asked was he next other anything. Patties was good but not hot, I had to reheat it up. They need more workers when they are busy.
Food was ok staff could have been little more friendly especially to out of town guest . I tracked from to a river . I was told food wasn’t ready and offered something already done it looks like . The Jamaican beef patties was awesome thoa
