I love that place, usually, I don't trust Haitian Restaurant. But that one was beyond my expectation. I was impress, the tassot Turkey was sooo good.
Island Palace feels like home from the moment you walk in. It truly reminds you of being at your grandmother’s house in the best way, where the food is made with love, comfort, and tradition. Every single item we ordered was amazing. The flavors were rich, authentic, and cooked with so much care. The owner is incredible and everyone who works there is warm, kind, and welcoming. You can tell they put their heart into everything they do. The home style Haitian food is beyond delicious. It tastes like meals passed down through generations. Eating here is not just a meal. It is an experience that you have to enjoy in person. The energy, the hospitality, and the home-cooked flavors come together perfectly. Haitian restaurants have to do better. Y'all cooking food like this 1999...its 2025. Change your technique. Burning the fish. Tough rice(old). Salad russe is terrible. Already dressed iceberg salad.. Only thing good thing about this is the fish taste good if you can get through it being burned. Money wasted
