First time visiting Amazing food
Food is nice here and the building it's situated in is lovely. The staff are also really friendly but it was lacking a bit in atmosphere. I don't know if it's cause of the size of the restaurant and not many people in there but it felt like it was missing something. It's only been open a couple of months though so hopefully they can sort this out
We visited Istanbul Restaurant on the 21/12 and they had a 50% off deal. However the service was terrible. Our food took over an hour to arrive and we were told when we were seated that we’re only allowed to have the table for 90 mins. When the food was arriving they had come at different times, some people had finished eating before other people had even gotten their food. Some dishes weren’t correct, some people didn’t even get their food. The quality of the food was terrible. I ordered a chicken shish wrap and it took around 2 hours to arrive and it was practically two pieces of chicken salad and wrap. It was very dry and I didn’t even end up eating. My dad’s fish was sent to the wrong table and then they tried to give it to my dad after that. When they brought the fish again it was completely raw inside. Overall it was a terrible meal. Would not recommend
