Only waited a extra freaking hour on a order I placed at 3 o'clock. Just what I wanted to do after work. Don't come here unless u got time to watch a movie on your phone. Totally bullshit.
Recently I visited this italos and had nothing but issues. I ordered my food an hour and a half ahead of scheduled time and when I arrived they had informed me it still was not done. I waited an additional 45minutes until it was finally ready. When I received it they still forgot some of the order, which i had to make a second trip back. Ive never had a problem with this italos in the past and I order here regularly as it's very close to home. Problems have only occurred with this italos as of recently since the new lisbon italos opened, as I only seen all new staff here.
Wonderful owners. Great food.
