There general tsos chicken was amazing, and cost less than 10 bucks.
We’ve ordered from here consistently, especially on Fridays for my son. In the past, the owner would call if I was running late to pick up. At first I assumed it was good customer service, but over time it began to feel more like being questioned about my whereabouts rather than genuine courtesy. This last visit was the final straw. My husband went in and paid for our order and was told it would be five minutes. After waiting well over that, I went inside and was immediately asked for my phone number in a tone that felt accusatory as if I was trying to take food that wasn’t mine. We are regular customers. That interaction was unnecessary and disrespectful. When I asked about customer service and loyalty, the response was dismissive and the bag of food was tossed toward me. Customer service is about respect. Unfortunately, that was lacking. There are many other restaurants in the area that treat customers better. We won’t be returning.
Absolutely the worst ive experienced. Customer service terrible, I was refused service for asking if I can order just chicken only....then 3 staff members got aggressive and said come back in as if they wanted to fight...ill never go back...and they should not be in business with that mindset. They were very ignorant and disrespectful, middle fingers through through door. I travel all over the country and within the local states, ive never experienced this!!!
