Called at 8:40 and placed an order for a large pizza, 12 wings, and a 8 inch sub. After we finished the order they hung up on us with no price, no delivery time, and so we drive to the store after calling 10 times trying to reconnect and arrive at the store at 9:15 p.m. to be ignored with the door locked and watching me knock on the door with no response wondering if our order is made or being delivered or what’s going on. Horrible business etiquette will not be back if they want to hang up on customers and not respond. We got there at 9:15 and the hours on the door say open until 10 to no response. We waited about ten minutes before a kind delivery guy pulled in and checked if they ever even made our order to find out they never made the order which means after our probably “too big of an order” they didn’t feel like making it and ignored all further calls about it. Won’t be coming back! Go down the road to dominos their deals will save you money and they’ll save you your time!
I order from here all the time never had an issue until today. I ordered a pizza with white sauce because im allergic. Had a whole extra 5 minute conversation with dude on the phone because i wanted to make sure they got it. Pizza gets here and i ignorantly assumed that yeah the pizza was made right, so i start eating. It doesnt taste right so i stop eating it. i call back up there to make sure because i need to know if i have to go to the hospital or not and to no surprise it was made with tomato sauce. Naturally i freak out like what happened. They give the phone to the owner and i tell him what happened and that now i need to go to the hospital and he better refund me because this is absolutely unacceptable. He then says the most he can do is send me a new pizza made right. I say where are you gonna send it to the hospital? He proceeded to deny me a refund for an additional 3minutes and then out of nowhere says “yeah i can do that” and hangs up. What the actual hell.
Just moved to Conneaut, fist plabe I've tried. After a day if moving Pizza and fries it was. Meatlovers half pan .Prices are amazing. Pissa toppings and sauce are very good, I'm not accustomed to the softness of the crust and then I remembered Snaps Pizza boxes i got as a kid and it makes me excited to eat this cold. Great overall experience 👌 Will be trying other things.
