My husband and I came to this establishment on Saturday 4/11/26 and placed an order for a hamburger basket and pork chop sandwich and received our order and went home to enjoy our meal. It was my fault not checking my order before leaving the establishment, but I immediately tried to contact the restaurant and they did not answer the phone. I was in the area on Tuesday the 15th and went to voice my concerns and the young man at the restaurant simply told me that my receipt did not show I ordered a burger basket and that they would get it right the next time. I told him it won’t be a next time and his response was simply okay. I left then went back inside and asked may I please speak to the owner and he simply told me it would be a while because it was a lot going on and did not even attempt to notify the owner I was waiting to speak with him. This is why it is so difficult to patronize our black business, not only did out not receive what I paid for, but customer service is non existent. Needless to say the burger was not even seasoned. I do not recommend this establishment under no circumstances.
This was a very positive experience. First of all the young man who took our order, I did not get your name, but you were top notch in customer service. You were patient, kind, respectful, thoughtful, and attentive. Now to the food. It was fresh, served hot, seasoned well and NOT overly seasoned. The food portions was more than fair. The music. The music was awesome. I haven't heard that type of music in years. It was a great experience. I went here based on a recommendation and I was not disappointed. The only suggestion. Add some desserts to the menu. A great meal needs to be paired with a great dessert. Thank you so much!
Whoever is answering the phone is Extremely Super Outstandingly Rude I called very humble-like hoping to at least getting an answer when asking if they were possibly looking for a pair of extra hands in the kitchen. The Guy as soon as he heard this hung the phone up in my face as if I was no one or nothing Wow.😓 Don't go there y'all just stay away from business like this and if he's just a worker I'm pretty sure he's connected to the owners or someone and they still allow him to work there. Just stay away. Oh and I'm a Chef who attended Culinary Institute Lenotre just gonna leave that there.
