Food was delicious. The customer service lady at the window must be having a bad day. No greetings when we pulled up to the drive thru. Just glaring at us through the window. She then opened it and said nothing!! My aunt asked do you have combos she stated NO!! Then tells us about a bacon cheeseburger with fries No drink for 11 something. So my aunt asks for a cheeseburger. She said you dont want a bacon cheeseburger? My aunt said No. Then she replied do you want that a combo with fries and drink? We're like duh lady we asked you in the first place for a combo which you said ya'll Don't Have. I'd recommend ordering ahead!!! We ordered at the window took 12 mins to get to us. I dont know maybe there short staffed or she's working the whole restaurant alone?? We only got my aunts food. I didn't order with that kind of treatment. Not from Texas so I dont have other options to give ya'll but I'd definitely eat somewhere else.
Fries and tots were undercooked, raw. Cheeseburgers were lukewarm. There was no flavor to anything. For $32 I expected and wanted more.
I went for dinner for a chicken fried steak dinner. And a sweet tea. And a side of toast. Was delicious. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. I enjoyed it too much.
