Very inconsistent. Sometimes the tacos are excellent, and other times they serve a soggy tortilla with a few scraps of carne, three pieces of onion, and two cilantro leaves which is what happened today. These were some of the saddest tacos I’ve had. The birria meat itself is good, but when the tortilla is so soggy that you can’t even pick up the taco, it’s hard to enjoy. What made it more frustrating was that my coworker ordered the exact same thing about 10 minutes later, and theirs came out great.
