Went here for the first time thinking it will be good. Back story I haven’t had beef or pork in 8-9 years. I simply ordered a Mongolian chicken lunch special with crab Rangoon, so I’m waiting for my order about 15 minutes. Supposedly my order is done but it’s incorrect. The lady that came out with my order, simply stated Mongolian beef and she looked at me and she say you were the one that had the crab groom and I said yes, but I didn’t order Mongolian beef. I ordered Mongolian chicken. She pauses and look at the girl at the cashier, and then she looked directly at me and simply said don’t worry I’ll make you another one set the food down and went to the back. The lady at the counter was a bit nonchalant about it and I could tell the lady that made my food was a bit frustrated but remind you, there are like five sets of cameras, literally in front of my face, so if they would like to replay Any video, they can simply rewind it back and look at the camera if the lady was paying attention that took my order that I simply said Mongolian chicken. The lady that was at the register, went to the back and grab my food within five minutes and said Mongolian chicken and put it on the counter. The nonchalant attitude by me being a first time customer here it makes me not want to come here because you simply don’t care about The customer. You never know when somebody comes here for the first time so you really have to give a very good impression no matter what. When I open my food, the chicken was not really what I expected. It was covered with a bunch of sauce, but it really wasn’t hot so I would not be bringing my business back here and the sad part about it was I was really looking forward to coming here to actually eat some good food.
Food was delicious my son who usually doesn't eat Chinese food ate all my sweet and sour chicken and the egg rolls were crispy and held together very well!! Combination rice and Mongolian beef was amazing too
Ordered for the first time today. I got the broccoli and chicken dinner. The sauce looked like clear slimy jelly and the chicken was not done. The food appeared to be prepacked in a clear container rather than cooked fresh. Reminded me of a microwavable meal.
I forgot why I STOPPED patronizing them. They are slow, but quick with reasons as to why they're so slow. I called in my order at 5:10pm got there at 5:45pm and my order was not ready. Their food is good. However, when and if I call my order in I expect my order to be done when I arrive 30+ minutes later
We tried the shrimp lo mein which was perfect because they don't put too much vegetables like other places do. Sweet and sour chicken was very good as well. The portions are generous and staff is super nice. Will definitely be going back.
My review maybe not fitting to all that eat Chinese food regularly, but I’m Leaving this one to inform those that they DONT HAVE APPLE PAY OR TAP SO BRING CASH OR CARD(Card limit is $10) also I got the chicken noodle soup because it’s flu weather and the broth, chicken, and vegetables are all delicious! My problem is the noodles they use the thick Campbell soup noodles and they are not tasty at all. I may go back to try the rice and chicken but the soup nope
They must have more than one cook because I always order the same thing one time it's outstanding and the next it's just okay. I go back in hope to get the outstanding. From now on I'll ask the name of the cook to narrow down who has the golden touch
Best food I tasted in this area. Fair prices. I got the pepper beef egg foo young and fried rice they are delicious. The lady in the front is nice and has great service. They also gave me free egg rolls because I spent so much. Will always come back to jwok best Chinese in the south suburbs
