See All ReviewsThe restaurant here used to be fantastic! There wasn't a ton of people kind of a hole in the wall local place you kind of had to know about to find. The food was excellent and the service was just as good. Then at some point everything went down hill like this past 8 months or so. My wife ordered country fried steak with gravy mashed potatoes and broccoli and we got an appetizer of the mini tacos. Bro those mini tacos were the bean and cheese tacos from Jose Ole you know the frozen ones you get from Walmart? They gave us like 8 of them for 12 bucks. Like okay I guess but that seems like kind of alot for some shit you threw in the air fryer. Next when my wife's food came out they had no gravy the mashed potatoes were instant mashed potatoes and the broccoli tasted like it came from one of those stemable bags. Then to top it all off the server comes back 3 minutes later with gravy she said she made real quick for us like awe bless your heart but kind of gives away that it's instant. She was great but the food here you may as well just microwave yourself something at home not worth the price the trip or the time.
Food was cold staff was slow and no one was there speggetti was horrible there steak fries where once frozen then fried Staff rude to staff
We ordered 2 sirloin dinners. With salads and potatoes. The steaks were tainted. Smelled terrible and taste terrible. The waitress whom smelled it and said it was gross but she was very accommodating and took it to her manager. She came back and offered to get us something else and explainedthey had other complaints. My husband said he would try the ribeye. I said I was ok and finished my salad and had a couple bites of my potato but I could taste the metallic taste on it. They brought him his ribeye but no potatoes. The waitress said they won't charge me for my salad and potato and take it off our bill. He started eating his ribeye but you could still smell it. He ate half because he was starving. Then a gentleman came up to us (didn't introduce himself, I assumed it was the manager) and said their cooler had went down and was scrambling for meat. He said he called Chiefs and got the steaks there. I have bought many steaks for them (Chiefs) and not had any of them taste bad "tainted". My husband said they left them out for too long and got warm. He referred to when you hang a deer and let it hang too long with warm temps it gets sour. Although they took my meal off the bill they charged him extra for the ribeye and never brought fresh potatoes. It was a terrible experience and absolutely not be returning! I would give them a 0 rating!
