6 months agoWorst customer service I have ever had! I called to place an order and the woman who was taking it was so rude and condescending. The menu isn’t very specific online and when I asked a question about it she spoke to me like I was a child. Never going back!

a year agoQuaint nostalgic little local eatery that's been here for over 35 years. The food is basic diner food, but not bad, served in picnic style containers at a good price. The staff is super friendly and the service is great.

a year agoGreat little hole in the wall bbq place. The food is good, served up on paper plates. All the right fixins'. The best part of Jack's are the ppl! Every one of the ladies I spoke was genuine and enjoyable.

5 years agoDecided to give this place a shot and I'm sad to say will not be eating there again out of everything I ordered the only thing that was good was the burger did not get a lot of fries with it. The tenders seem like they were store bought and the barbecue plate was small very small also the hotdog needed work everythimg was almost $19.00 and if you are using a card there is a card fee of $0.75
