Makes Chili’s look like a three Michelin star restaurant. Worst service, atmosphere, food i have ever had. Taylor at the bar checked on me twice in over an hour and 20 minutes. Fired. For captive audience only. Go back into the airline terminal. It will be faster and much better. Crazy expensive to boot.
The service by Ruby and Roisha was excellent. The launch Quesadillas did not have very good Brisket and were overpriced for the quality. The Breakfast Buffett was excellent. For breakfast this place is excellent but lunch is a different story. I would have tried sushi but coming from San Francisco earlier in week having sushi would not be fair since, like brisket, would not rate well from my perspective.
We had our flight cancelled. And had to stay 2 more nights. This restaruant had a good menu. The pork chop was amazing. The pizza/flatbred my wife got was also good. Staff were very friendly. We were able to play some board games while we sat and ate.
Had breakfast at Jacob Spring restaurant inside the Hyatt Regency and it was outstanding! The buffet was fresh and delicious—the omelet was perfect. The fruit was fresh, and the pastries were crisp and tasty. The service was wonderful too. Our waiter Andy was so kind. Highly recommend!
I stopped at Jacob’s Spring Grille inside the Hyatt Regency DFW while passing through, and I’m so glad I did. I wasn’t expecting much from a quick airport hotel restaurant visit, but this spot exceeded every expectation. The staff were incredibly attentive and worked together seamlessly .. it felt like they genuinely cared about every guest’s experience. I went with the chopped brisket sandwich, and to my surprise, it was really good. Juicy, flavorful, and served just right. Every bite was perfect. For a quick stop, this place left a lasting impression. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in the area.
The Ranger Nachos are with the price of admission. I have had nachos this good in a long time. The nachos are topped with creama, queso, jalapeños, and brisket. The brisket was tender had great flavor and just stole the show. Service is decent and the staff is very friendly. Good atmosphere, music isn't too loud and plenty of TV to get your sports fill in.
Had the breakfast buffet which was pretty good and worth the $27. I also had dinner at AJs last night with the beer can chicken, pecan pie and a margarita.
5 Stars Review Vicky was a most excellent waitress. The breakfast buffet is great. They have a huge variety of options for breakfast. They have omlets, pancakea, waffles, french toaat, fruit, pastries, bacon, sausage, potatoes, watermelon, cantaloupe, pineapple, croissants, bananas, oatmeal. They have vegetarian options as well as gluten-free breads and other items. A bit high but it's a hotel, what else do you expect? Would recommend.
