We order a lot from here but tonight wow the food was horrible they gave us just nachos and cheese with no chicken. The chicken fajitas was not even edible. They had this wierd taste. Didn’t even taste like it was the same restaurant and it was $44.
Ate at Jalapenos for the first time tonight as we are in the process of moving to Blountville. All I can say is that the food was excellent, authentic, and good sized portions. The staff were extremely friendly. Food arrived quickly and was oven hot. Could not have asked for better service. The atmosphere was not your gaudy Mexican restaurant interior. Very pleased. We most likely will become regulars after we get moved in. Thanks for great food and service. Did I mention...prices were very affordable as well.
We live near by and for the last 5-6years We visit Los Jalapenos often as a family & we also order take out at least a couple times a month... We have NEVER had any issues. The owners and staff are always very friendly and do an amazing job at making sure everything is exactly as we ordered it. TheFood is AMAZING...
